From: a LOOP Writing – “The Companion Book to The Series of Workshops on Leadership Development and Team Building”
After writing my dialog with the Companion Book for the Leadership Development Program, I feel like we just started the conversation. That’s the way it feels at the start of a big project, especially a big project like a companion book to a series of five workshops – 25+ years in development. Ridiculous how long it took to get to this point of permission. Well, I kept leaving.
One thing is for certain: I have outgrown the classroom of traditional education of any kind. My karma in this area is energetically closed. I have what I need, revealed and released. Now I can pursue my passion in this New Consciousness – to experience my realization free of others attachments of outcomes and expectations – to be in my truth – to love.
The Leadership Development Program at RAVEN is just this: strategies, permission slips (Bashar, channeled through Daryll Anka) for positive change as groups/individuals co-create their integration of the New Consciousness – an Earth after the age of duality. Perhaps daunting to the untrained eye, at first, these groups gathering to revisit and recreate Earth, beyond duality. Our teams, they reveal what they need, when they need it, because to do so excites them; furthermore, choosing exciting permission slips to enjoying trips….well, this allows Energy to serve a higher collective consciousness, the higher agreement of the group.
