Leadership in a New Consciousness: Reveal Community
Applicable to Any Group – from Families to Businesses/Institutions/Organizations
After we experience a taste of an “Open Ended” writing, we will then be introduced to exploring what each of us hold sacred for ourselves and our group – first privately, then shared with the team.
When we and others share our lists with our membership, something profound is revealed.
Later, as a method of reflection and integration, we will engage in another writing tool – the “Dialog”- to reveal clarity, insights, flawed thinking, and/or calls to action to our leadership and role on the team. In other words, through the art of writing, we will channel our inner leader.
Explanations as to why, “The Four Voices”, will be explored, along with discussion and sharing of your own initial experiences.
